How to add a “Donate” button to your Facebook page

Here are instructions for adding a link to your giving form on Facebook.
- Open your organization’s Facebook page. You are going to be making a post for your giving form on your Facebook now that Facebook does not allow you to add a “Donate Now” button anymore.
- Grab the link to your giving form for the purpose you are looking to promote. You can find the link to your giving form on the purposes tab on the dashboard when you are logged in to your Continue to Give account.
- Copy the link.
- Paste the link in a post on Facebook.
- The link will generate a post and you can write something about your purpose. The post will take the donor directly to your giving form.
- In order to pin the post so that it stays at the top of your newsfeed, click on the three dots on the top right of the post. Click on “Pin to Top of Page” and it will stay at the top of your newsfeed so your donors don’t have to search for the post!
You can place these links anywhere on your website to open a new window with a donation form.
These links are designed for websites that cannot use our other badges due to JavaScript restrictions. (Such as sites made in Flash)

It is heartbreaking to see that there are still so many people who are not emotionally developed enough to understand that what they deem religious freedom is truly religious bigotry.
This adds to the insurmountable evidence that a 2,000 year old religion based on ahistorical myths about an improperly represented historical figure (I allude to the gospels, whose authors were not assigned until 185 by Irenaeus, and which accounts are verifiably ahistorical and self-incoherent) continue to indoctrinate, harm, extort, and restrict the conscious growth, maturity, and capacity for love and empathy of those who feel that they somehow belong to the correct god based on belief in the correct books. I would challenge anyone to read “God is not Great” by Hitchens, to read “How Jesus became God” by Dr. Ehrman, or even to watch “Marjoe” the 1972 Oscar winning documentary. This said, most can and will continue to believe what they wish to believe, and they have a right to. But I hope this brief offering gives someone a chance to truly “test” his or her faith and find it as lacking as someone (myself) who spent 35 years in ministry only to realize just how wrong, wounded, and unhealthy I had been due to childhood indoctrination and a refusal to examine myself, my behavior, and my religion.
Keep fighting that appeal! We can't let them win, especially with the US Supreme Court finally ruling on the size of religious freedom of expression (Kenndy decision)

Let's help the Kleins through this hard time as they fight for religous freedom; which they are not just fighting for themselves but for all of us as our freedoms are threatened. They have been struggling financially ever since they were forced to close the doors of their bakery in 2013 as their income was basically cut in half. If they are forced to pay the damages to the lesbian couple they will be in much worse shape than they are now. They are pioneers in standing strong for the Lord and have been very courageous and steadfast throughout this whole ordeal. Please let's rally around them to help ease the stress of everyday expenses and unexpected urgent needs. Thank you for your desire to help the Klein family, they will certainly appreciate it.Mission
