Description:
Empower and Thrive: The Franklin County Youth Blueprint Project is a comprehensive initiative designed by Global Humanitarian Aid & Social Development Inc. to address the multifaceted needs of young individuals in Franklin County. At its core, the project seeks to uplift, support, and empower the youth—particularly focusing on New American young girls and women, as well as young adults aged 18 to 24 seeking to enhance their job skills.
Recognizing the unique challenges faced by the youth in our community, including the risks of drug use and mental health issues, the project implements a holistic approach to youth development. Through targeted empowerment programs for young girls, we aim to instill confidence, leadership, and educational advancement, ensuring they have the tools and support necessary to pursue their dreams.
For young adults, the project emphasizes skill enhancement, including obtaining a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL A), to open pathways to stable and rewarding careers. This effort not only aims to provide economic empowerment but also to foster a sense of independence and self-reliance.
At the heart of the project is a robust support system designed to guide young individuals towards positive life choices, helping them navigate the challenges of life with resilience and informed decision-making. By integrating mentorship, counseling, and educational programs, we aim to build a strong foundation for our youth to thrive, free from the influence of drugs and the burden of mental health challenges.
