The Journey from Beaten, Broken, & Burned to Redeemed, Restored & Radiant
The Say So! Network shares the stories of those the Lord has, is, and will redeem!
Say So! is also a network of passionate organizations dedicated to transforming challenges into opportunities. Together, we support those affected by human trafficking, orphaned or widowed individuals, Christian martyrs, refugees, and asylees. Our commitment is to create a win-win-win situation, blessing investors, companies, and those we aim to lift up.
This is the story of "Ahri and the Windsor House."
The "Windsor House Project"
THE WHY
The Windsor House project will be a flix and flip project to help fund the emergency transport and life-saving surgeries for ‘Ahri’ a 13yr old trafficked girl taken from her family in 2021, abused, left for dead in May 2024. One month later, she was rescued & cared for by a team with The Olive Branch Safe Homes and she now has HOPE that she will have a future. With your help, she will be on the road to recovery in 2025.
‘Ahri Safi’ is one of The Olive Branch Safe Home girls.
Ahri is now 13 years old, but was a 9 year old child-bride taken from her family in 2021, by members of the Taliban. In Spring 2024, during an attempt to run away, she was ‘made’ an example with excessive beatings that included a permanent disfigurarion via a smashed jaw and cheekbones, then dosed with gasoline and set on fire. Ahri was left for dead with 75% of her body in 3rd degree burns. Ahri should, by all accounts, have died, but she was transported across international lines, and eventually taken to a refugee facility and a medical clinic under the care of one of our HANDS International 'Olive Branch Safe Homes.' Her jaw is still wired shut, but she has been receiving life giving care since June 2024. March, spring 2025, she qualified for resettlement in a not to far European Country.
- Sally and her family had a house that needed some TLC and to be sold!
- Mark and his family, along with and Kelli and her family had some funds to lend, to help fix the broken house.
- Kevin and his family know how to do the paperwork.
- Tonya and her family bought the house and have a bunch of friends that are willing to help make the fix and flip possible!
- The proceeds will go to help fund Ahri's surgeries!
This project is an amazing start to help fund Ahri's life-saving medical needs. Isn't God amazing! That's His Church at work being His hands and feet!
This summer, when Ahri is strong enough to travel, she will need medical transport to her resettlement country. This means we will need to raise aproximately $12,000 USD for her safe passage. She will also need a series of surgeries that will cost well over the $35k+ to start... and this is in addition to the refugee medical assistance she is eligible to receive in her new resettled country. She will need continued trauma-intervention support, social-emotional support, both physical and emotional therapy, and most of all the love and saving grace of Jesus Christ! We pray she will be reunited with her family, or placed in the care of a family that will show her the love of Jesus!
The project has just begun! Please join us!! You can donate directly to Ahri's medical fund... or contact us directly to donate new in-kind donations of items needed in the Fix & Flip: flooring, paint, vanities, sinks, toilets, tub, HVAC, etc.
